Accessing Electronic Government Publications Using firstgov.gov

Go to www.firstgov.gov and use the Search feature that appears in the upper right corner; the Advanced search is recommended for more precise results. Both federal and state documents are available.

MeL is provided free of charge to Michigan citizens by the State of Michigan.

Electronic Books

NetLibrary Provides access to e-books for browsing or check-out.

Periodical indexes allow you to search for articles by subject, keyword, source (periodical title), and other search criteria. In some cases, the full text of the article is provided.
