Fee Structure for Duplications and Services
Materials from the Archives' collections may be duplicated for use in research
and publication. Although the Archives does not generally charge fees for using
material, costs for duplication are recovered through the fees listed below.
|Note: Requests for larger amounts of paper
duplications (50 pages or more) will include a $5.00 per hour service charge.
Prints of Photographic Images|
8.5x11 Prints of photograph images
|11 x 17 Prints of photograph images
|Notes: Prints of photograph images are produced on
photo-quality paper using a Canon i9900 printer. The archives makes no
guarantees on the longevity of print images.
|Digital Scan, TIFF format image, 600 dpi, 4000 pixels on longer edge (approx.
10-15 megabyte per file)
|Compact Disk (holds approximately 40 images)
The Archives maintains a digital archives collection online at
. From this site, visitors can download
low-resolution images directly from our site, using the righthand button on
their mouse. We require users to retain the embedded credit line which runs
with each image.
The digital site also allows patrons to establish a profile and order
high-resolution duplications from their online storage bin. E-mail

|Rush Fee -- Most orders require 7-10 business days to process. A "rush fee" is
available at double the order cost (48-hour turnaround to shipping)
Patrons will be required to sign and return our standard photographic agreement
form which stipulates your one-time use for these images and provides correct
credit lines for use in publication. While many patrons initially request
images for "personal research," patrons are required to request permission for
any subsequent publication in advance of such use. Subsequent use of images is
only allowed with the completion of a separate photographic agreement. Images
are not to be copied or shared under any circumstances. Patrons are legally
liable for any misuse of the digital images once they are provided.
