Group Study Rooms
There are 22 rooms in the Library for student group study. They are available
during regular Library hours. Students can reserve these rooms using
Zimbra.
Self-Booking of Group Study Rooms
To reserve a group study room: Open your Huskymail/Zimbra calendar; begin
creating a new appointment. At the location tab, in the Name field
type: library and click "Search". Room numbers will pop up
- double click on a room to reserve it. NOTE: Make sure to check
the status (in the righthand column) of a room before booking to make sure it
is "free". If it is "busy" do not reserve it. Complete the
rest of your reservation. Group study rooms are available
during regular Library hours.
Rooms are equipped with whiteboards for use with dry erase markers only,
electrical outlets and wireless access for computers. Dry erase
markers and erasers can be checked out from the Circulation Desk on the first
floor.
