A Note From the University Librarian

This was our first full year in our new space. I am happy to report that use of the library, its collections, and its services increased one hundred one percent over last year. There were many groups and individuals such as prospective students and their parents, alumni, and local school children, who came through the building on tour. Everyone remarked on how much they like the new space. The library staff likes it, too.

We spent the year getting organized and putting resources in place to launch several new library services in the Fall. In the year to come, you will hear more about these services. You can learn more about them from our Information Wall or from our website www.lib.mtu.edu.
